Harley-Davidson Sales Associate –

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are wild about Harley-Davidson and customer service! The position is fast paced, fun, and there is no cap on commissions. Top sales reps can earn well over $100,000 per year.

Successful applicants will be driven to meet their sales goals through a well-defined sales process, work well with a team, and understand how to deliver a premium experience to customers 100% of the time. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and meet the physical requirements of the job. A motorcycle endorsement is preferred. Prior sales experience preferred.

Duties include:

• Prospecting potential sales customers both in-person and via telephone.
• Educating customers about motorcycles, including fielding a wide range of product questions with excellence.
• Helping customers find the right fit for their lifestyle.
• Delivering a premium customer experience.
• Negotiating motorcycle pricing.
• Guiding customers through a complete customer path.
• Logging customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Harley-Davidson
• High School Diploma or equivalent degree or greater required.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience required, with 3-5 years preferred; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to take initiative and problem solve.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner.
• Knowledge of applicable laws/policies/principles/etc.
• Proficient in the use of a personal computer and corresponding programs.
• Attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
